Supply Chain Management (SCM) Contracting Service Center, Direct Demand Division (DDD) is issuing this RFQ for a qty of 100 NSN 8135-00-079-2415 Wrap, Plastic Film. This a QPL NSN.  Any QUOTED MANUFACTURER MUST BE ON THE QPL TO BE CONSIDRERED FOR award. This requirement needs to meet salient characteristics listed in the RFQ.

Attached RFQ documents MUST be completed, signed and returned no later than RFQ closing date 8/3/2026 4:30 PM EST. Quotes submitted after closing date and time or incomplete will not be considered for award.
