This notice announces the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to award a sole source contract to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for maintenance of the ScriptPro Robotic Pharmaceutical Dispensing System at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center. - Sole source procurement for full preventive and remedial maintenance services - ScriptPro USA, Inc. is the only vendor capable of meeting proprietary software and maintenance requirements - Contract covers hardware and software components including: - SP 200/CCC dispenser, SP Central Expanded Platform, Enterprise HCI 4000 Platform, Workflow Management System Software, Inventory Management Module, Eyecon systems, printers, kiosks, encryption, virus protection, and more - Quantities range from 1 to 16 units per component - Services include: - Annual preventive maintenance visits (calibration, cleaning, firmware updates, part replacement) - Emergency repairs and corrective maintenance - Service reports and compliance with HIPAA security requirements - Period of performance: - Base Year: 10/1/2026 – 9/30/2027 - Option Year 1: 10/1/2027 – 9/30/2028 - Option Year 2: 10/1/2028 – 9/30/2029 - Estimated contract value: $500,000 – $1,500,000 (based on typical robotic pharmacy maintenance contracts) - No other vendors or OEMs are considered due to proprietary nature of ScriptPro systems - Potential competitors (for similar systems, not this sole source): Parata Systems, Omnicell, Swisslog Healthcare - All labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, lodging, supervision, and expertise are included - Detailed requirements and line items are specified in attached documents

Description

The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed priced Contract for a period of five years with a large business, ScriptPro USA, Inc., 5828 Reeds Rd., Mission, Kansas 66202-2740.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, lodging, supervision, and expertise required to provide full preventive and remedial maintenance for the ScriptPro System and associated components listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). ScriptPro is the only firm deemed capable of fulfilling all areas of the VA s requirements. The Contractor shall provide the required services and associated deliverables in accordance with the Draft PWS to fulfill this requirement for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC) located at 510 East Stoner Avenue Shreveport, LA 71101-4243.
