The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA is seeking a small business to provide weekly dry ice deliveries and related services. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, NAWS China Lake - Products and Services Requested: - Up to 26,000 pounds of dry ice annually, delivered in 50-pound blocks, each block cut into 5 individually sealed slices - Weekly transportation and handling of dry ice to the China Lake facility (52 weeks per year) - Daily rental of insulated dry ice storage containers (365 days per year) - Delivery Requirements: - Weekly deliveries ranging from 200 to 600 pounds, with flexibility for no order weeks (with one-week notice) - All dry ice must be individually sealed for quality and safety - Contract Structure: - Firm fixed price contract - Base period plus three option years - 100% small business set-aside - No specific OEMs or brand names are required; the procurement is open to any qualified small business supplier of dry ice and related services.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
