Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages

THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Program Acquisition Executive Marine Corps, Quantico, VA 22134 awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Oshkosh Defense, LLC 2307 Oregon Street, Oshkosh WI 54902 (CAGE Code: 75Q65) on 17 July 2026. This BOA is to define and select replacement components, develop integration kits, test components and kits as needed, and create both engineering and logistics documentation to field the replacement components and kits smoothly in response to Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues associated with the medium tactical replacement, logisitics vehicle system replacement, and P-19A Replacement. This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii).
