This is a notice of intent to award a competitive BPA Call Order against the Forest Service – Region 9 Facilities Blanket Purchase Agreements for Zone 4 Forest Products lab. (Only contractors with an active BPA for the respective zone will be eligible for this call order.) Work includes but is not limited to: removal of an existing Built-Up Roof [BUR] and installation of a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin [TPO] membrane roofing system.
