This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W9127N26QA135 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for the purchase of twelve (12) centrifugal pumps with induction motors, reference the purchase description, transformer drawing and attached solicitation for the specifications. This purchase is to replace the transformer's current pumps, which are the orginal. For informational purposes only, original manufacturer was Allis Chalmers, type XGHT..

This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333996 - Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

Delivery Information:

Supplies shall be delivered to Detroit Dam, 40990 Highway 22, Mill City, OR, 97360.  The Government shall not be responsible for the cost of shipping to Detroit Dam. Deliveries must be made Monday-Thursday between 0700-1600, except for Federal Holidays.  The Government shall not be responsible for the cost of shipping to Detroit Dam.

*Any quotes that are missing this information will be found “Non-Conforming to the Solicitation” and will not be evaluated for award.

FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price.
