The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W519TC-26-R-A067.
This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding the Repair of Building 333 Roof on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL.
This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside.
This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work.
Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
This project consists of the repair by replacement of the low-slope roof covering of Building 333, U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) - Rock Island Arsenal (RIA). The scope consists of the replacing approximately 76,600 square feet (s.f.) of aged and deteriorating Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) and polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation with new fully adhered single-ply EPDM membrane over new ISO insulation. The repair will extend the life and increase the energy efficiency of Building 333.
