The U.S. Air Force, 81st Training Wing at Keesler Air Force Base, is seeking contractors to provide Combined Chapel Services supporting both Protestant and Catholic programs. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 81st Training Wing, Keesler Air Force Base - Primary contact: Major Ruben Covos, 81 TRW HC - Services Requested: - Protestant Religious Education Coordinator - 15-25 hours per week managing religious education programs, volunteer coordination, and event planning - Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends - Requires specific Protestant affiliation, experience, and background check - Catholic Mass Music Director - Musical direction and accompaniment for Catholic worship services and rehearsals - Requires two years of experience in Catholic worship music, ability to read sheet music, and music program coordination - Must meet Catholic faith requirements and pass background check - Traditional Protestant Service Musician - Instrumental and accompaniment music for Protestant worship services and rehearsals - Requires two years of experience in Protestant worship music, ability to read sheet music or improvise - Must meet Protestant faith requirements and pass background check - Quantities and Period of Performance: - Multiple periods: initial 5-month base period, followed by four 12-month option periods (up to 59 months total) - Service counts per period: Protestant REC (5-12 per period), Catholic Mass Music Director and Protestant Musician (33-116 per period) - Notable Requirements: - All roles require compliance with a pluralistic religious environment, security/background checks, and relevant experience - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are involved; this is a personnel services procurement - Firm fixed price contract structure
