The United States Marine Corps (USMC), Commanding General at MCRD Parris Island, is seeking to procure 3,000 magazine pouches with specific technical and material requirements. - Government Buyer: - United States Marine Corps (USMC) - Commanding General, MCRD Parris Island - Products/Services Requested: - 3,000 magazine pouches - Coyote brown color - Preferably nylon construction (other materials acceptable) - MOLLE strap attachment for ICE gear - Single magazine wide, holds minimum and maximum of two 5.56 magazines - Double-sided, double and triple stitched, with back-stitching and reinforcement at over-stress points - Closure system: 2.4" x 6.5" flap with 2" x 4.75" hook and loop and pull tab - Elastic strap to secure magazines - Utilizes Pouch Attachment Latter System (PALS) in coyote brown or tan - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs or part numbers specified - Preference for award to a small business - No vendors or OEMs are named in the solicitation

Looking to purchase 3,000 Magazine Pouches with the followoing Salient Characteristics:

Color: Coyote Brown. Material: Preferably Nylon but any material is acceptable.  Must fix to ICE gear via MOLLE strap. Pouch: Single magainze wide which holds a minimum & maximum of two (2) 5.56 magazines.  Must be double sided along with being double and triple stitched and back-stitch and over-stress point.  Pouch closure system consists of 2.4 inches by 6.5 inches.  Flap with 2 inches by 4 and ¾ inches hook and loop and pull tab. Magazine pouch contains an elastic strap to securley hold magazine in place. Utilizes the Pouch Attachment Latter System (PALS) that is coyote brown or tan.
