Description
The Contractor shall provide DIA VPN Dedicated Internet Services at the FCS U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The price shall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. The Contractor shall furnish all engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services to provide the required circuit as specified in the Solicitation. In consideration of satisfactory performance of all scheduled services required under this contract, the Contractor shall be paid a firm fixed-price for all services.
The Government intends to establish a contract that includes a one-year base year plus two 12-month optional periods of performance, at the discretion of the Government, resulting from this solicitation to the best qualified responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR 12 Comparative Evaluation.
