Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source out-of-scope contract modification to JBW GROUP LLC under Contract Number W912QR25CA038 for the Construction Services Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Shelter in Place (SIP) Decommissioning in Richmond, Kentucky.
This out-of-scope modification will be issued on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not considered a request for quotations or competitive proposals. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to proceed with a sole source modification to JBW GROUP LLC under Contract W912QR25CA038. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government. Information received in response to this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
