Description

This is a new requirement for commercial Mold Remediation Services at Building 91259 (Auditorium), Hurlburt Field, FL IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to safely eradicate mold and restore the facility. All questions are due no later than 4:00pm CST on 06 Aug 2026.Estimated Budgetary Range for this project is between $15,000 to $25,000.Key Information: All visitors and contractors attending the upcoming site visit must present a REAL ID-compliant identification card or an approved secondary form of identification to gain entry to the installation. Standard drivers licenses that state Not for Federal Official Use or Federal Limits Apply will not be accepted as standalone identification. To pass through security at the Visitor Control Center (VCC), you must present one of the following primary forms of identification: A REAL ID-Compliant Drivers License/ID Card (identifiable by a gold or black star in the upper right hand corner). A Valid U.S. Passport or Passport Card. An Active DoD Common Access Card (CAC) or Military ID.
