The purpose of this amendment is to update the part number to 43276-20024 instead of 42376, change the item to a commercial COTS item instead of a non-commercial item, extend the delivery date to 2 July 2026, add a small business set-aside, and update clauses as found elsewhere in this amendment. The purpose of this amendment is also to extend the offer due date to 24 April 2026 and update clauses and POC information as shown elsewhere in this amendment. Unless otherwise specified, pricing for this quotation is valid for 60 days after the closing date as indicated on the quotation. Please specify (if other than 60 days) ________ days. All contractual documents related to this procurement are considered issued by the government when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic methods such as email. The government's acceptance of the proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents as detailed herein. 1. Scope 1.1 In case of conflict between section "C" and section "D" of the contract/purchase order, section "C" will take precedence. 2. Requirements 3.1 Manufacture and design - The cone and rollers furnished under this contract/purchase order shall meet the requirements specified in the ordering data listed herein and throughout the contract/purchase order. Catalog number: (2) The following requirements apply: A. Mercury exclusion requirements are cited in the additional technical documentation within section "C" of the contract/purchase order. B. 3.2 NAVSUP WSS-MECH CODE N94 Additional Technical Documentation Order of precedence and effective issues of cited documentation dated July 2004: Order of precedence for document conflict resolution: amendments, schedule of supplies, terms and conditions, individual repair part ordering data, standard technical requirements, referenced drawings, referenced specifications. Effective issues of cited drawings, specifications, standards, and other documents: contractors shall comply with specified revisions unless approved otherwise by the contracting officer. When later revisions are submitted, two full-size legible prints shall be provided. Use of document revisions in their entirety: contractors shall use revisions unless approved otherwise. Vendor waiver/deviations on critical contracts: compliance with delivery date and technical requirements is expected. Deviations should be identified in advance, with justification and technical data supporting the non-conformance. 4. Quality Assurance The contractor shall provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the government. Records of all inspection work shall be kept complete and available during performance and for the required period. 5. Packaging When cleanliness control requirements are invoked, packaging shall meet MIL-STD-767, MIL-STD-2041, refueling clean, or reactor plant clean standards. Specific packaging methods are detailed in the referenced standards and specifications. 6.
