The U.S. Embassy Seoul is soliciting qualified contractors for carpet tile replacement and painting at the American Diplomacy House (ADH) office and hallway within the Embassy Annex Compound. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Seoul, GSO-PUR, Contracting Officer Representative (COR) - Engineer - OEMs and Vendors: - Milliken (specified as the preferred carpet tile manufacturer; "Milliken Consequence 2.0, Sequel, SEQ25-118 Doppler or approved equivalent") - SAMHWA (specified for paint products) - Products/Services Requested: - Removal of existing flooring and installation of approximately 110 square meters of commercial-grade carpet tiles (Milliken Consequence 2.0, Sequel, SEQ25-118 Doppler or equivalent) - Includes supply of extra carpet tiles (5% of installed area) - Use of water-resistant, mildew-resistant, non-staining adhesive compliant with VOC standards - Painting of interior walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, and frames using SAMHWA brand paints (Acro-latex washable, lacquer x7, enamel semi-gloss) - Full site protection, relocation/reinstallation of furniture, and final cleanup - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide a one-year warranty on all works and products - Compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM 385-1-1 - Security vetting for all personnel - Adherence to local regulations and Embassy security procedures - Deliverables include insurance/bond, construction schedule, preconstruction conference, monthly payment requests, and inspection requests

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the carpet tile replacement and painting at the American Diplomacy House (ADH) office and hallway, located within the Embassy Annex Compound in Seoul, Korea.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached solicitation document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 of the RFQ.
