The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) is seeking a strategic advisory partner to support a large-scale transformation of its enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. The initiative aims to modernize IAM to enhance security, governance, and support a scalable Zero Trust architecture across human and non-human identities, applications, APIs, and environments. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 involves designing a comprehensive strategic IAM roadmap, and Lot 2 involves providing ongoing advisory services throughout the IAM transformation lifecycle. The contract duration is 26 months, starting approximately November 2, 2026.
