The Forest Analysis and Inventory Branch of the Government of Canada is seeking a contractor to support forestry data preparation for multiple inventory projects. - Government Buyer: - Forest Analysis and Inventory Branch, Government of Canada - Scope of Work: - Preparation of RESULTS data for various Timber Supply Areas (TSAs) - Includes Depletion and Regen Surveys, Free Growing data for update team integration - Supplying RESULTS data to VRI Phase 1 and PFI Photo Interpreters for inventory projects - Quantities: - Approximately 15,000 openings to be prepared for VRI/PFI projects - Approximately 11,000 openings for Update integration - Unique Requirements: - Integration and preparation of forestry inventory data for multiple project types and stakeholders - Data must be suitable for use by both update teams and photo interpreters - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Contract duration is estimated at 43 months

Description

The contractor will prepare RESULTS data for various Timber Supply Areas (TSAs) across the province, including Depletion and Regen Surveys, and Free Growing data for integration by the update team. The data will also be supplied to VRI Phase 1 and PFI Photo Interpreters for inclusion in these projects. The project estimates preparing 15,000 openings for VRI/PFI projects and 11,000 openings for Update integration. The contract duration is estimated to be 43 months.
