Description

This solicitation is for the supply and installation of approximately 7.5 km of 200 mm diameter DR11 HDPE potable water main using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) to replace the existing asbestos cement water main at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park. The work includes all associated appurtenances such as valves, chambers, drains, fittings, joint restraints, and water service connections. Additional tasks include site preparation, drilling, excavation, shoring, backfilling, restoration, dewatering, utility locating, connection to the existing water system, hydrostatic testing, disinfection, flushing, commissioning, and testing of materials.
