Description
The Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) is seeking a Service Provider to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its Information Governance (IG) program by evaluating current IG practices, capabilities, and risks using recognized industry frameworks, standards, and benchmarks. The Service Provider will gather business requirements to understand current practices and business needs. The project will result in a tailored Target Operating Model (TOM), identification of gaps and risks, strategic recommendations, and a prioritized roadmap for IG modernization. Additionally, an implementation-ready M365 Governance Minimum Viable Product (MVP) will be delivered and piloted with one Business Unit as part of the project scope.
