BC Assessment is seeking a highly qualified Consultant or team of Consultants from a consulting firm with experience in conducting annual customer satisfaction surveys. The services include conducting annual customer satisfaction surveys, possibly other surveys, focus groups, and market research, enhancing or modifying current surveys, developing new ones, sending out surveys, analyzing data, and presenting reports to BC Assessment. Services may be required primarily between November and April. Consultants will work remotely but must be available for meetings at BC Assessment's Vancouver or Victoria offices, with virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.
