Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide professional services supporting Maritime Forces Atlantic (MARLANT) in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The SOA will last one year with an estimated maximum value of $700,000, with possible extensions up to four additional years and a total value of $3,500,000. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to range from $5,000 to $50,000, with a maximum of $100,000 per call-up. The selected contractor must hold a valid DESIGNATED ORGANIZATION SCREENING (DOS) issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) of PSPC. This procurement is conducted under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CETA, and WTO-GPA.
