The Municipality of Saint-Paul-d'Abbotsford is soliciting bids for sludge drainage work of its two aerated wastewater treatment ponds. The scope includes mobilization and demobilization of equipment, sludge pumping by dredging, sludge dewatering or other compliant methods, transportation, and final disposal at an authorized site. All necessary work, equipment, materials, analyses, permits, and ancillary services are required to complete the contract in accordance with specifications and applicable laws and standards.
