NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (Department of the Navy) is seeking a firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance, repair, and training services for de-icing equipment at NAS Whidbey Island. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) - Office: PUGET SOUND (FISCPS) - OEM Highlight: - Global Ground Support, LLC is the sole-source OEM for the required de-icing equipment, parts, and services - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance, repair, and replacement parts for four GL 1800 deicers and one GL 1800AP deicer - On-site technician labor for repair and installation - Training services for government personnel on de-icer operation and maintenance - Provision of OEM replacement parts, tools, safety equipment, and technical documentation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All parts and services must be OEM (Global Ground Support, LLC) due to proprietary technical requirements - Includes both supply of parts and on-site services (repair, installation, and training) - Emphasis on traceable freight and compliance with FAR/DFARS clauses - Contractor must provide technical documentation and ensure all work is performed by qualified personnel

Description

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for Global Ground Support, LLC. De-icer maintenance and parts and training for NAS Whidbey Island, WA. 

This requirement is sole sourced to OEM Global Ground Support, LLC. due to comprehensive maintenance the equipment requires, with specizalized technical expertise and proprietary parts. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 

The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
