Description
The Department of Early Education and Care is seeking to establish a list of qualified researcher evaluator consultants to conduct quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research on an as-needed basis. Consultants may assist in data collection and analysis, research, pilot program development and evaluation, and grant proposal writing. The scope includes expertise in early education licensing, family engagement, program quality, workforce development, and system financing. The goal is to support the implementation of policies and programs that promote positive outcomes for children, families, programs, and communities across the Commonwealth.
