Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Director intends to prepare a Resource Management Plan (RMP) Amendment with an associated Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Mosey Solar Project located in Clark and Nye Counties, Nevada. The project involves constructing, operating, maintaining, and decommissioning a 500-megawatt photovoltaic solar electric generating facility on approximately 3,565 acres of public lands. The amendment will realign two existing utility corridors to accommodate the project. Public comments are solicited to identify issues, potential alternatives, and relevant information for the Draft RMP Amendment and EIS.
