Description

The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the replacement-in-kind of the HVAC system at the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) Administration Building. The work includes removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment, system startup and commissioning, project closeout documentation, and all related services required to deliver a fully operational system compatible with ACHD's existing building controls. The scope includes furnishing and installing two 250-ton water-cooled Mammoth air handling units, two York RTUs, and four Make-Up Air Units, along with demolition, refrigerant disposal, startup, project cleanup, documentation, labeling, and training. Equipment must be compatible with the existing Automated Temperature System (ATS).
