Description
The Town of Leesburg is soliciting unsealed proposals from qualified firms to provide banking consulting services and cash management services. The awarded offeror will assist the Town with developing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Town's banking services and provide cash management services, including cash flow monitoring, analysis, and forecasting. The services also include investment support such as soliciting and evaluating investment quotes from qualified financial institutions in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act. Additional task order services may be performed on a pre-approved basis.
