The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), under the U.S. Navy, is seeking information from qualified contractors for maintenance and calibration services for OHD Quantifit2 Respirator Test Fit machines. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) - OEM Highlight: - OHD is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Quantifit2 Respirator Test Fit machines - Products/Services Requested: - Annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and remedial repair services for 26 OHD Quantifit2 Respirator Test Fit machine units - Services include inspection, cleaning, parts replacement (during preventive maintenance), calibration to NIST standards, and provision of service and calibration reports for each unit - Remedial repair parts require separate government approval - Contractor must provide a project manager and maintain communication with the government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only contractors authorized by OHD to service Quantifit2 units are eligible - All calibration must meet NIST standards - All replaced parts during preventive maintenance are included at no extra cost - Detailed documentation (inspection reports, service reports, calibration certificates) required for each unit - Period of Performance: - Five years total: one base year with four option years

This is a Sources Sought Notice for information only. This is not a request for quotes/proposals or an invitation for bids.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation. This notice is to determine the availability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services.

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek a contractor that is authorized and qualified to perform maintenance repairs and calibration services of the twenty six (26) OHD Quantifit2 Respirator Test Fit machine units. The contractor shall provide annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and remedial repair. In addition, the contractor shall provide an inspection report, service report and calibration certificate for each unit serviced.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 and the Product Service Code (PSC) J066 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Instruments and Laboratory Equipment.

Additional details and specification can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Tentative Period of Performance will be from 31 August 2026 - 30 August 2031.

This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.
