THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

The 673d Contracting Squadron (673 CONS), Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide a, brand name or equal, toolcat. 

This Sources Sought is pursuant to RFO Part 10 in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to determine if this effort can be competitive and to determine the appropriate set-aside (if any). This is not a Request for Quote (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research.

1. Commodity Information The Government has a need for a utility work machine that can plow snow, lift large loads, and transport supplies and items for mobility operations. Must be able to utilize currently owned Bobcat Toolcat“V” plow blade, brush/broom fixture, 84” straight blade and a Dozer blade aswell as a wide array of snow removal and material handling equipment(MHE) attachments. Additional information on what the governement's needs are can be found in Attachment 1, Salient Characteristics.

2. Requested Information The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333120, which has a corresponding Size Standard of 1,250 employees.
