Description

The County of Marin Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to coordinate youth-led, school-based substance use prevention efforts through the Friday Night Live (FNL) and Club Live (CL) programs. The selected organization will coordinate a minimum of three FNL/CL chapters across diverse school communities countywide, providing training and support to build youth capacity to drive lasting change. The contract is funded through the federal Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Block Grant and is anticipated to allocate $50,000 annually. The initial contract period is from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with options to renew for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to funding and performance.
