The Wyoming Army National Guard (WYARNG) is seeking a contractor to provide, consolidate, and manage telecommunications services across all its armories and facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army National Guard, Wyoming Army National Guard (WYARNG), W7N9 USPFO Activity WY ARNG - OEMs and Vendors: - CenturyLink/Lumen is referenced as the current provider whose accounts will be consolidated - Products/Services Requested: - Ongoing telecommunications services including: - POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines - PRI trunks - Data circuits - Legacy telecom services - Consolidation of multiple existing CenturyLink/Lumen accounts into a single master account - Unified management and billing structure for all services - 24/7 customer service and repair support - 99.9% uptime requirement for critical circuits - Monthly billing and usage reports - Dedicated account manager for contract period - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No service disruption during transition - Firm fixed price contract with base year and three option years - Contractor must provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and services - Unified management of multiple accounts and Enterprise IDs - Consolidation and management must cover all WYARNG armories and facilities

Description

The main purpose of this contract is to provide and maintain ongoing, active telecommunications services.The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to consolidate, manage, and maintain telecommunications services including POTS lines, data circuits, and other legacy telecom services across all WYARNG armories and facilities. This includes combining multiple existing accounts and Enterprise IDs under a unified management and billing structure.
