Description
The County of San Diego is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the preconstruction and construction phases of the Vista Detention Facility Infrastructure and Facility Upgrade project. The project includes renovation of the intercom and CCTV systems, installation of anti-ligature features, and integration of a centralized security backbone controlling cameras, cell doors, lighting, access points, elevators, and water shutoff systems.
