The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Cured-In-Place (CIPP) Project. The project involves installing approximately 7,294 linear feet of 8-inch cured-in-place gravity sewer, 1,100 linear feet of 6-inch gravity sewer replacement, and the installation or rehabilitation of approximately 71 sewer services using CIPP and dig-and-replace methods. Contract documents are available for a $100 non-refundable fee at the Department of Water Quality Control Office. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on August 11, 2026, and must include a cashier's or bank check or bid guarantee bond of at least 5% of the bid, an affidavit of a drug-free workplace, and bidders must be licensed contractors under Tennessee law.
