The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is seeking a single source provider for live-aboard vessel services to support underwater marine debris removal in the Lower Keys. - Government Buyer: - Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) - Division of Law Enforcement, Boating and Waterways, Marine Debris Program - OEMs and Vendors: - Makai, Inc. (identified as the only vendor capable of meeting requirements) - Products/Services Requested: - Live-aboard vessel service for 1 to 3 annual multi-day (4-6 days each) SCUBA marine debris removal cruises - USCG-approved vessel with accommodations for up to 10 people - All-inclusive round-trip transportation, crew, meals, and dive support - SCUBA and NITROX air compressors for air fills - Deck space for marine debris and lobster traps - Winch and pot hauler for debris transfer - Small tender vessel for shallow site access - Required personnel: - Captain with USCG Master Captain's license and at least 3 years of professional charter or commercial experience - Current National Park Service Commercial Use Authorization permit for Everglades and Dry Tortugas National Parks - Demonstrated experience supporting SCUBA diving operations - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Makai, Inc. is authorized and able to provide overnight accommodations and sufficient vessel capacity for this mission - Evidence of SCUBA diving operations as part of the chartered service is required - Contract value estimated at $200,000 - Interested vendors must demonstrate ability to meet all requirements

The service includes 1 to 3 cruises annually, each lasting 4 to 6 days, providing transportation, accommodations, dive support, and necessary equipment for up to ten people.
