Description

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to update the statement of work for manufacture and delivery only, extend the questions due date until 31 July 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT and responses due date until 12 August 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT. All associated attachments—including the Statement of Work (SOW) and technical specifications have been updated to remove the requirement for installation services and to add the requirement for integrated hooks or mounting hardware. All existing and applicable questions will be routed for answers in a future amaendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFQ Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding amendments. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA302026Q0063 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to manufacture and deliver two (2) patches for the 80 FTW, a 67-inch H no color aluminum patch and a 36-inch H x 45-inch L color patch. Sere Attachment 1 - ENJJPT No-color (67in H) Specifications (Updated 29 July 2026) and Attachment 2 - ENJJP+80th FTW (36in H x 45in L) Specifications (Updated 29 July 2026). These patches are to be delivered only to Sheppard AFB, Texas. Please note: This requirement is for manufacture and delivery only; installation services are not required. The patches must feature attached hooks or integrated mounting hardware for installation. See Attachment 3 - Statement of Work - Bldg 2320 and Bldg 2322 (Delivery Only) for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This requirement is set aside as 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 333950, and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
