Description
This project involves the seismic upgrade of an existing two-story, approximately 28,000 square feet system operation center building located at 614 NW 46th Street, Seattle, Washington. The scope includes CMU wall grouting and improvements, seismic bracing of existing finishes and mechanical and electrical systems, structural steel improvements, sheet metal overlay at structural roof deck, concrete pilasters and foundations, replacement of selected HVAC equipment, roofing replacement, exterior wall finishes, roof fall protection system, temporary HVAC systems during construction, repair and patching of finishes, and associated electrical and plumbing work. Bidders must submit a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) to access contract documents and attend a mandatory pre-bid site inspection. The pre-bid site inspections are scheduled for November 19 and 21, 2019.
