Description

The City of Eastvale is seeking Statements of Qualifications from contractors to provide comprehensive HVAC preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency response services at City-owned facilities including City Hall, Altfillisch House, Fire Station #27, and Fire Station #31. Services must comply with industry standards and applicable regulations. The contract term is from October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with possible renewal for up to two additional one-year terms. The City is expanding, and the scope may increase as new facilities come online.
