SEPTA is soliciting proposals for the Green Line Communication Based Train Control Replacement Project. The project involves completing the final design, furnishing, and installing equipment to replace the existing signal system in the trolley tunnel and support new streetcar vehicle CBTC, Real-Time Vehicle Location, Work Zone Blocks, remote Temporary Speed Restrictions, Train-to-Wayside Communication, and new Centralized Traffic Control equipment.
