Description

The City of Dallas is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified, responsive, and responsible bidders holding an active utility contractors license in Georgia and listed on the City of Dallas approved utility contractors list. The procurement is for the purchase and installation of the Old Acworth Road and Veterans Drive Culvert Replacement Project, funded by City of Dallas SPLOST funds. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 am on July 30, 2026, at Dallas City Hall and will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and award the contract in whole or in part, with the option to negotiate terms with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s).
