This procurement seeks full-service rental and support for portable air conditioning and power generation equipment to enable continuous operations in Peru: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Theater Contracting Center - Americas - U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), Role 1 Aid Station, El Sauce, Peru Jungle School - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of two (2) portable air conditioning units, each with a minimum of 14,000 BTU cooling capacity - Includes delivery, secure installation, operating manuals (in English), and removal - Supporting power generation equipment sufficient for 24/7 operation of both AC units - Includes fuel, delivery, installation, grounding, and removal - 24/7 maintenance and repair services - On-call technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency replacement - Service technician on-site within 2 hours of trouble call; replacement unit within 6 hours if needed - On-site instruction for government personnel on safe and proper operation - Mandatory Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance for contractor employees working outside the U.S. - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must support continuous 24/7 operation for the entire period - Immediate mobilization capability and technical compliance are emphasized - Past performance will be evaluated - All necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision must be provided by the contractor - Option to extend services up to 10 days if required - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; open to any compliant manufacturer

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal services to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide the rental, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of two (2) portable air conditioning units (14,000 BTU) and supporting power generation equipment for continuous 24/7 operations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
