This notice announces the intent of the 354th Contracting Squadron at Eielson Air Force Base to award a sole source contract to Technical Service Group (TSG) for turnkey safety remediation of the X-Ray vault interlock system. - Sole source procurement to Technical Service Group (TSG) for X-Ray vault safety remediation - Project includes removal of the existing interlock system and installation of TSG 501013 or 501015 interlock systems - Hardware upgrades: TSG 501015 Interface Box and Cable Set, TSG 5030028/503003 CDRH Door Switch, TSG 501013-102 FS Red Beacon, LWMB2 Installation Brackets - Services include certified technician labor for installation, wiring, calibration, system verification, site cleanup, and familiarization training for personnel - Work must comply with 21 CFR 1020.40 (federal X-Ray safety regulations) - All work to be performed at Building 1634, Eielson AFB, during normal government hours - TSG is cited as the only source due to proprietary equipment and certification requirements - Other vendors may submit capability statements if they can meet the requirements - No specific contract value stated, but scope includes both equipment and specialized labor

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.

This is an Intent to sole source to the Technical Service Group (TSG); please see attachment for related Statement of Work (SOW).

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors might work but remembered the restriction. with a large business size standard of $19,000,000 The Product Service Code for this acquisition is N099 Equipment Related Services — Installation of Equipment.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00 P.M August 5th 2026.

All documents submitted will not be returned. If any vendor beilives they can meet the requirements listed in the SOW, please reach out to Contract Specialist JOHN L.
