Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is conducting market research on behalf of the 88th Readiness Division (RD) to identify capable small business sources interested in and capable of performing a consolidated, statewide service contract for combined Winter Weather Operations (Snow and Ice Removal) and Grounds Maintenance Services at approximately seventeen (17) Army Reserve facilities throughout the state of Kansas. The purpose of this RFI is to gather capability statements from qualified small businesses (including SBA certified 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB concerns) and to solicit industry feedback on the proposed contract structure, PWS standards, and commercial best practices.
