The Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT), Career and Employment Services intends to contract with Saskatchewan Polytechnic (SaskPoly) to provide specialized career and employment services for individuals with multiple barriers to employment. The services include participant assessment, individualized employment planning, career development and counselling, essential skills upgrading, workplace readiness training, job search assistance, employment-related supports, employer engagement, job development activities, and work-integrated learning opportunities. The program aims to improve employability, support labour market attachment, and achieve measurable employment outcomes through sustained participation in the labour market.
