Description
The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways requires a Consultant to complete a preliminary design of four proposed truck rest areas located at C.S. 1-22 at the Alberta border, C.S. 1-21 at Maple Creek, C.S. 1-19 at Gull Lake, and C.S. 1-15 at Ernfold. Two of these locations are existing rest areas requiring upgrades, while the other two are new sites. The study will determine the appropriate configuration and functionality of each truck rest area, including access control. Following the preliminary design, there may be a second stage involving detailed design and tender package preparation for one location.
