Fluvanna County is seeking a vendor to deliver a complete, turnkey generator installation at the Fork Union Community Center. - Government Buyer: - Fluvanna County (local government) - Products/Services Requested: - Supply, deliver, and install one generator for the Transitional Shelter at the Fork Union Community Center - Construction of a concrete pad for generator placement - All electrical work, including VA 811 ticketing, Dominion Power downtime coordination, trenching, conduit installation and burial, and wire terminations - Site restoration (recovering and seeding) - System testing and operational training for County staff - Obtain all required building code inspections - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Turnkey solution: vendor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and services - Project must be delivered as a complete, ready-to-use solution - Includes both equipment supply and comprehensive installation services

Description

Offeror shall provide, furnish, deliver, supply, and install all necessary labor, services, parts, tools, materials, equipment, and resources required to complete the Transitional Shelter generator project. The project is turnkey and includes ordering the generator, delivery and placement of the unit, concrete pad construction, building code inspections, all electrical work including VA 811 ticket, Dominion Power downtime scheduling, trench digging, conduit burying, recovering and seeding, wire terminations, testing, and operational training for County staff. The work is located at the Fork Union Community Center in Fork Union, VA.
