The City of Spokane Solid Waste Disposal Waste to Energy Facility (WTEF) is requesting quotes for air pulse headers to be supplied as needed over a five-year period. The contract will be a blanket order starting approximately April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2030. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and may select more than one vendor. The engineer's estimate for the contract is $10,150 over five years, approximately $2,030 annually.
