Description – Mapping Guidance Yield Monitor System
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1132 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Mapping Guidance Yield Monitor System.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333111 The small business size standard is 1,250 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Schedule of Items - See Attachment 1 – SF-1449.
Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit responses in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. Alternate Parts will be authorized if they are an approved alternate part that satisfies all form, fit, and function requirements of the original parts and conform to the approved configuration. All parts shall be NEW approved parts.

In order to be considered for award QUOTERS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the service or supply, price for all items, if applicable, and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote. All Supplies MUST have the Place of Manufacture listed for all items in their quote. Submit attached SF-1449 with blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c, AND individual Contract Line Items priced in full. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. Submit Capability Statement and technical documentation showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL Performance Elements in the Specifications.
REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.
DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
