Description

This project involves street improvements on various streets within the City of Riverside, including replacement of deteriorated asphalt pavement, installation of Asphalt Rubber Aggregate Membrane (ARAM) with new asphalt concrete overlay, and removal/replacement of damaged curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and driveway approaches. It also includes construction of new pedestrian ramps, tree removals, landscape and irrigation modifications, and traffic improvements. Additional maintenance work and pedestrian ramps may be added within a 5-mile radius if needed, authorized via Change Order. Bidders must have a Class A General Engineering or Class C-12 Earthwork and Paving license in California and a valid City of Riverside Business Tax Registration.
