The City of Bismarck is soliciting cost proposals from qualified manufacturers or their representatives to supply Brine Salt, Deicing Sand Material, and Beet Juice Concentrate for winter street maintenance for the 2026-2027 seasons. The contract is divided into three parts, each covering one of the materials, and bidders may bid on any or all parts.
