This opportunity is issued by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota, Colombia, for the supply and delivery of specialized container-based restroom modules for a military camp. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) refurbished 40-foot domestic shipping containers converted into mixed-use restroom modules - Each container includes: new internal metal structure, superboard partitions, ceramic tile flooring and wall coverings, new metal doors, electrical system compliant with RETIE, distribution panel, LED lighting, electrical outlets, one 12,000 BTU air conditioner, three fans, six stainless steel restroom stalls, five shower stalls, six toilets, six urinals, six sinks, six mirrors, metal partitions, complete plumbing and sanitation systems, fixtures, finishes, and high-resistance anti-corrosive epoxy paint - Delivered fully operational to the Colombian Army Base in Cucuta - Shipping and delivery service for the containers, including supply, manufacturing, transportation, delivery, and offloading - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All containers and materials must be new or fully refurbished and delivered operational - Strict prohibition on sourcing from Chinese or related manufacturers due to security requirements - One-year warranty effective in Colombia - Delivery required within 90 days after order receipt - Contractor responsible for coordination and replacement of any lost or damaged items during shipment and delivery - Partial deliveries are allowed - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified; vendors must ensure compliance with technical and security requirements

The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the 40FT CONTAINER ACCESSORIES FOR MILITARY CAMP for Colombia.  

All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR15841878 no later than August 19, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to AlejoA@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.  To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
