This opportunity from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic seeks contractors for concrete and site work at Camp Lejeune and New River, NC. - Government Buyer: - Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic - NAVFACSYSCOM MID-ATLANTIC - Scope of Work: - Remove and replace damaged sidewalk sections off Powder Lane, Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune - Repair any grass or road areas damaged during construction - Pour four new 4-inch thick concrete slabs (20' x 22'6") at MTI Reflector Towers 01, 05, 19, and 23 on the New River flightline - Three sites require minimal site leveling - One site requires a retaining wall and dirt infill - Each slab must include two 2-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduits, installed below grade and extending five feet beyond the slab edge for future use - Products/Services Requested: - Concrete slab construction - Sidewalk removal and replacement - Site grading and retaining wall construction - Installation of Schedule 40 PVC conduit - Unique Requirements: - Concrete pads must be precisely sized and leveled - Retaining wall and infill required at one site - All pads must have embedded PVC conduits for future expansion - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation.

Description

The work includes removal and replacement of damaged sidewalk portions located off Powder Lane on Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune NC as well as repair to any damaged grass and/or road that occurred during construction of this project. This scope of work is to be accomplished at MTI Reflector Towers 01, 05, 19 & 23 on the flightline aboard, New River, North Carolina. The work includes pouring (4) new 4" concrete slabs measuring 20'x22'-6" each over crushed rock at existing MTI reflector locations. (3) of the sites will include minimal site work to ensure level slab, (1) site includes building of retaining wall and dirt infill to create level slab. Each concrete slab will have (2) 2” Sch 40 PVC conduits built into slab and ran below grade 5’ beyond slab edge for future use.
